I was robbed by Aliexpress and their seller...i bought a product, didn't receive it, i open a dispute and of course i lost that dispute...they took my money and my product. They said i should go to customs and take my product, i live 700km away from the capital where the product was, and i was not going to spend 200$ on a product that costs 15$.

I pretty sure that in the dispute they dont even read the messages.

They are liars, beacause i send the photo with the document from customs, and Aliexpress say i didnt provide anything. I want to know where i can properly complaint about this big chinese mafia.

Please someone help me, this cannot continue, big billionaire companies getting their money by stealing people. Enough is enough.

Reason of review: Clearly robbed.
