On Sunday 5th of April 2020 I've made 5 orders from 4 different stores! Of course I paid every order right away! And then a day after, Monday 6th of April I logged in to see what is the current status of my orders and to my big surprise I came to an empty wall! It says ZERO orders! So I logged in to my bank account to check if my money that I used to purchase this orders is still there and it's not! So the money went trough for orders that I made but somehow orders are magically disappeared! I am an experienced online shopper but I have NEVER had a worst experience! And there is no support from this site !! I tried to contact customer support service through chat Eva but their chat boot is the most stupid thing ever and It won't let you reach a real human! But finally after a while I somehow managed to reach a live agent. She wasn't of any help! She tried to convince me that I maybe made an order through another profile LOL! Like I don't know what I did. I have mail confirmation which I received from AliExpress when I made a profile and with that email address I stayed logged in and I have bought that stuff same day!! And day after I was again logged in with the same mail address!! I never use Facebook or Google to log in to sites, as she suggested that I might have done that! She told me to fill in info to check if my order willl pop out but she could not find it, of course THEY ARE ERASED! So it is only logical that they will not going to appear! She told me to wait 48 hours cause maybe the seller or the site still did not proceed with order. Let my tell you something that is a *** Why would order disappear if it is not proceed to a next step? Makes no sense!!! This never ever happened to me at any other site!!!! This site is a total SCAM! I tried to contact live agent for another time and I was sitting in front of my PC for like 2,30 hours if not even longer trying to reach an agent but NOTHING!!!! They do not reply on Facebook either! They are only good in picking up peoples money!! The only proof I currently have is a picture I took on 5th of April when I clicked on my order cancellation to send it to my friend as she was curios what is the process of canceling the order you already payed for. So on that picture you can see, behind the window with explanation of order cancellation, you can see that I actually have 2 orders and in the top right corner of the picture you can see the name of the store from which I have made that order, left side the date of order, below the window there’s another order visible too. Later on I made 3 new orders from different stores. I will tell you the name of 3 stores that I remember I ordererd from and the forth one I cant remember the name! So they are; 2x orders from J Bryant fitness, 1x order from iVM oficial store, 1x order from Tipp store, and 1x from the store that I don't remember the name. Those 2 orders that are visible on the picture, which is attached to this review, are from j Bryant fitness, one is jumping rope and another one yogga training elastic band. I have sent messages to those stores but they are not replying back! I want my money back you scammers!!!!!
Three stores replied saying I did not made any orther with them! One of them said I made too small order then he went saying I did not order at all!
I contacted my bank and they helped me get my money back! If it wasn’t for my bank I wouldn’t get money back cause Aliexpress and their seller are associate fraudsters!
