Purtroppo non si è risolto niente anche dando documentazione ufficiale e dimostrando anche dal sito della spedizione che ad oggi non ho avuto ancora niente.Ho provveduto a fare denuncia all’arbitrato di Hong Kong perché mi sento essere preso in giro qualsiasi sia la cifra che mi è stato sottratto.Aliexpress non si sta Comportando bene e se è onesto provveda in qualsiasi modo a rimborsarmi entrambi gli ordiniUnfortunately, nothing was solved even by giving official documentation and also demonstrating from the expedition site that I have not had anything yet.I filed a complaint with the Hong Kong arbitration because I feel I am being made fun of whatever the amount that has been stolen from me.Aliexpress is not doing well and if it is honest they will refund both orders in any way

AliExpress disappointed me there contact every day they open reports but nothing is resolved.
I feel like saying it's a portal that I don't trust anymore I've been scammed and they don't refund me.
I asked several times for reimbursement and documentation of shipments with official postal documents but I was always denied.
I will have to proceed with the complaint for scam against aliexpress and the seller but I was told that they could not give the legal data and in the email what absurd I was scammed within to the end to proceed in all possible means and more to do myself justice for a scam organized by the sellers and helped by aliexpress giving the screenshots showing that I have not received anything not from as delivered they say but in my mail there is no shipment and also the post offices say to proceed with the complaint.
I was only asking for a refund for two products never received compliments for dishonesmma
