Aliexpress - Seller cancelled shipment and no response
I ordered an item on AliExpress. The seller sent an email to me to thank me:

Thanks for purchasing from our store.
We have dispatched your parcel out,estimating delivery time would be within 3-8 weeks.
If you have any problem before or after parcel delivered, please contact us immediately then we will give you a satisfactory solution.
Please don't open dispute or give us negative feedback without contact us.Thank you very much.
You don`t have to reply this message if everything is OK.

After a few week, the item has not arrived yet. I logged into AliExpress. It says "Shipment cancelled by seller". I sent 2 messages to the seller. No response. This is the second bad experience out of my three purchases on this web site. I will never buy anything on AliExpress.

I can't open a dispute and seller don't answer. I only could sent a message when i confirm the orders.
So I give you negative feedback and don't order next time on Youre app..
I have screenshots and place Them. I want my money back!
I'm sorry this happened to you and also that it is the second bad experience out of three! You could have opened a dispute and ask for the money back. AliExpress keeps your money and only releases the money to the seller if you click on "Confirm goods received" or if the protection time has run out.
