I ordered 200 masks when pandemic started. the masks came late.
I tried to wear first mask and its thread broke, so I didn't even open any and asked to return/refund. And the seller started using abusive language.
Tried Aliexpress customer service chat and filed a dispute where they asked me to pay for shipping with tracking and then only i will get refund, so I paid and sent the order back. But even after delivery I didn't get the refund so I called my bank and filed a dispute so to avoid any dispute message access, Aliexpress froze my order.
Now my bank wants proof of conversation with aliexpress for refund request I placed, etc.
Aliexpress is just another fraud companies, ripping people here and there when they can. No customer care phone number.
I tried to chat with their online help, but not sure if its even a real person.
I filed 2-3 complaints against the seller for such abusive language but no reply from their customer care later on.
Karma will get you all don't worry, world is already turning against you for doing wrong.
This wont go unseen. I will make sure all the people I know won't ever order 1 single item from Aliexpress or Alibaba group ever !!
Looks like a bunch of hooligans, illiterate people selling stuff who don't even know how to talk to a customer.
User's recommendation: Don't fall for the cheap prices, delivery time is horrible and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
