Since about 2 year, the time delivery from China to Canada is more than 2 month. This started about fall 2016, before that it was kind of reasonable , and right now it is not getting better. I have orders that left in April and as of today Aug 13 still not here.
How is the shipping organized by Aliexpress ??
The worst is that the shipper is penalized besause they use the Aliexpress shipping and if not in time a credit is issued but Aliexpress never assume any responsability...
I suggest that Aliexpress been responsable for any unreasonnable delay over 2 months, that the receiver been reimbursed, and the shipper been paid for his services.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $10.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Diversity of products.
I didn't like: Time delivery is getting by far too long.
