a few days ago i received a damaged item form an aliexpress store.
After sending evidences (photos and video), the seller accept to do a full refund but he request me to change the dispute reason.
Seller Message: "we are willing to refund to you. but could you help us adjust dispute reason for person reason, such as " i do not like this item" or " i do not need it anymore". ok?
after you adjust, we will refund you asao, do not worry
duing to item problem reason will harm our store
hope for your understanding"
Should i do that?? If NO or Yes. Why?
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
