I received a damaged phone, upon request the asked me for a full refund upon return. Now I spent a lot to ship it via DHL and have confirmation that awaiting for the seller pay custom to release the phone.now Ali express saying that seller hasn't received the phone.the seller has spoken to customs and refused to pay the tax.

I have lost £133.00 for the phone, £27.00 customs in UK, and £37.00 for shipment. this is what happens if they send you a faulty phone.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $398.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Aliexpress Cons: Stealing buyers money.
