Customer service told me I was getting a refund the after 7 more days I got a email stating go contact vendor but vendor blocked me many days ago and nor Ali customer service or vendor sent me a return label and I have no ideal how to send a package thru customs to China also I called my scope maker EOTECH and have them my serial numbers and my scope is counterfeit and I have no factory warranty so I guess Ali makes their money from cheating customers because I have no return label and can not communicate with vendor

Having trouble getting a refund on defective item seller blocked me from talking to him was also very rude and would not even talk to me
User's recommendation: Don’t use this service.
Monetary Loss: $96.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aliexpress Pros: Lots of products.
Aliexpress Cons: Stressful to get refund, Refund issue, Customer support is bad.
