As for your problem, because you has a large number of orders in this platform, we are unable to accurately count all orders paid with this card for you.

So I recommend that you check your orders by yourself and find the order which paid by the card. Contacted them three times and three times they say, that my problem can be solved within 48 hours. It has been a week since i started. No emails, no private messages i recieved sinse then.

User's recommendation: Write any information regarding payment on a paper and do a screen shot every time you buy something. Otherwise your payment information will be lost for you.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Aliexpress Cons: Poor communication, No response from sellers, Customer support is bad, No chance to use your coupons or golden member bonuses.

Es todo una vergüenza ¡¡¡¡ te vuelven loco y no te solucionan nada. Te piden documentos de seguimientos de envíos de correos España, cuando en España tenemos la ley de protección de datos y no te los pueden dar.

Te marean pidiéndote documentos cuando son ellos los que tienen que pedírselos a su vendedor. He pedido un portatil y el vendedor a puesto un número de seguimiento que no pertenece a mi domicilio ni a mi localidad, sale como entregado en correos España. Y me piden un certificado de correos España.

Son unos sinvergüenzas. CONCLUSIÓN ¡¡¡ denuncia a la OCU y a la Guardia civil.
