Dear Sirs, I am dr. Rigoberto Galan, username reas_body@***.com and I use to buy from Aliexpress.

I started a dispute against a seller that sent something very different from what he was announcing and that I bought. Aliexpress considered that I was right and I should get my money back, after I send the merchandise. The problem is that they gave me only 4 days, in the meanwhile it is 3 days, to send the merchandise back. I live in the Caribbean, but when I order merchandise from China, I have to use my USA address.

There is no other way. They gave me a free return tracking number, which I cannot use because here there is no USPS. That is no problem, because I am willing to pay for the shipping. The problem is that I cannot make the shipping reach the return address they indicated me before 3 or 4 days.

If there was a way to send them the tracking number, I would have done so, but there is not. I cannot reply anymore on the dispute page, I cannot contact Aliexpress no way, not even by phone, just recording and no body attending the phone. I have merely two days after you get this mail and I do not know what to do.

Otherwise I will have to contact PayPal to ask for my money back. I have no other option if you do not help me.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
