Aliexpress - Waiting for my refund over 20 days and still waiting

I have canceled my order and still (over month) am waiting for my money. I have been talked with support for two times.
For the first (it was over 10 days from cancelation date) they said: don't worry we are on the your side, usually transaction takes 20 working days (but on AliExpress web side it was 7-10 days, the seller told me too the same info). Now after 20 days they say that they had some problems with their system and I undoubtedly will get my money back. When i asked, When, the answer was amazing, the support said, USUALLY it takes month.
Usually means that this is standard procedure, to preserve customer money for two months? Then I asked is this normal situation and answer was: don't worry I am on your side, it looks like you speak with some computer, not with human :(
Reason of review: refund.
Monetary Loss: $302.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Hi sorry about my english im from Argentina. I have a problem with aliexpress, I made a 617 dollars purchase in january, the seller couldnt send it because the covid19 problem so he cancelled the order and gave me the refund.
Now is April 9 and im still waiting my money. The site send me something called arn number to serch the transaction but mi bank told me that they couldnt search that. Aliexpress dont give me any answer, theres no callcenter or such a thing.

My advise. The same happened to me.
You have to Contact your bank. To be more specific (chargeback department). They will handle your query. You have to fill out a form where you will Provide the ARN number or transaction number.
It might take up to 2months. Good luck!
Same Situation. After two weeks I am still waiting to be refunded.
AliExpress said that the money was sent to the same card where I made the purchase and they provided me with the ARN number. However , my bank (Revolut) stated that money was not sent and they cannot see any refunds.
I contacted AliExpress again and I am getting the same stupid answers, but no solutions. Any other idea ?
