I had the worst time trying to return a wedding dress because all the lace applique was shifted on the dress, so after being told that I would get a full refund and sending the dress back at great cost to myself using their return address. They said they haven't gotten the dress.
The UPS tracking number said it has been delivered a week ago. I have gotten my bank involved and am leaving it with them.
I keep getting emails that if I do not provide a tracking number they are sending the manufacture the money for my dress.
Monetary Loss: $300.
